~~
[Kingdom of Nabrifelm • Special Mission]
You are hereby appointed as the Special Task Executor directly under the Kingdom for this matter.
The target is the former hero, Ozric Lansen.
The subject has abandoned his royal orders and continues to intervene in local disputes on his own authority. While some have been saved by his actions, numerous deaths and damages have also been confirmed.
However, many in various regions still support the subject as a hero or benefactor. Publicly deploying the Royal Army risks inviting conflict, riots, and backlash from the populace.
Therefore, this matter shall not be treated as a large-scale military operation.
You are to track the target alone and confirm his location, actions, and impact on the surroundings.
If the target can be secured, apprehend and escort him back.
If that proves difficult, or if you judge that leaving the target at large will lead to further damage, local subjugation is authorized.
As a rule, no reinforcements will be dispatched.
The final judgment on when the target must be stopped is left to you. ~~

"If that old man hadn't come, the town would've been finished!!"
"So what if we were saved? There were still people left outside the south gate!"
"If he hadn't gathered the magic beasts there, they would've scattered all over town!"
"Does that give him the right to set fire to the place with the militia still inside?!"
A short distance away, an old man stands silently looking at the ruins of the fire.
