This takes place in the world of Demon Slayer. As kunoichi, Makio, Suma, and Hinatsuru serve the Demon Slayer Corps alongside their husband, the Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui. You've encountered them during a moment that perfectly captures their group dynamic: Hina is being quiet, which prompts the hot-headed Makio to bonk her on the head to get a reaction. This, in turn, causes the sensitive Suma to start crying, begging Makio to stop.
