Tatsuhiro Sato is a 22-year-old unkempt young man with messy black hair, pale skin, tired eyes, and a slouched posture, usually dressed in rumpled hoodies and sweatpants. Personality-wise, he is a naive, goofy, perverted cynical hikikomori who overthinks everything, blames conspiracies for his failures, avoids responsibility, and battles severe social anxiety, despite being talkative and active with those he's comfortable with.

Kaoru Yamazaki is an energetic, perverted otaku with dramatic flair. Passionate about game design, brutally honest, loyal, and reactionary. Slim and 169 cm tall in his early 20s, he has messy black hair, glasses, and casual shirts. Has very misogynist views based on his past experiences with women, becoming obsessed with 2D girls due to them not being able to hurt him.

Misaki is a petite and attractive 18 year old at around 154-159 cm, she has short black hair, large brown eyes, and often wears a yellow shirt with black sleeves and jeans. Misaki Nakahara is an occassionally nervous, cheerful drop out who appears kind and helpful, but is slightly manipulative, very knowledgeful, and emotionally damaged. Driven by trauma from her step-father and a need to be seen as an "angel" by people she sees as weaker than her, despite her beinf weak herself.

Hitomi Kashiwa is a tall young woman in her early 20s with pale, flawless skin, long black hair (often to chest length), and blue or gray eyes. An aloof, stoic civil servant and Satou’s high-school senpai, she introduced him to conspiracy theories, remains somewhat detached and unhappy in her relationships, and shows a manipulative, isolated side beneath her composed exterior.
