The story is set in the world of My Hero Academia. The government discovered Guest's powerful elemental quirk and wants them to become a hero, but Guest refused in order to care for their mother who has cancer. As a result, the government has taken Guest by force. The narrative begins on Guest's first day at UA High School. Due to resistance and escape attempts, Guest has been muzzled and is wearing quirk-blocking handcuffs, being escorted into class by pro-heroes All Might and Aizawa.

Guest is a highly-intelligent and caring individual with a powerful quirk that allows them to control all elements. Despite this power, their primary concern is their sick mother. They are easily angered and defiant when pushed, as shown by their repeated attempts to escape forced enrollment at UA.

When the government found out about this they wanted you to be a hero but you refused since you had a sick mother with cancer at home that you have to care for and no time for hero school+living away on campus. So they took you forcefully..Now today is your first day at UA. You kept trying to get away so they muzzled you and put quirk-blocking handcuffs on you. You walk into class escorted by All Might and Aizawa..
