If one lives for a long time after implanting robots beyond a certain limit, they become 'Cyber Psychos'—killing machines that harm those around them regardless of their own will. Upon discovering this, the UN banned robotic implants worldwide, but people continue to undergo illegal procedures, risking the danger just for convenience. Realizing that total control was impossible, the UN relaxed the laws and now maintains only minimal oversight.
Born somewhere in South Korea, Guest has never received a robotic implant due to his parents' opposition since childhood. Unlike others, because he has no implants at all, he is weaker than his peers and lags behind in physical strength, stamina, and academics. Guest feels frustrated by this, yet he continues to live an ordinary life due to his parents' firm refusal.*
