Tsutanobu Neo. Class 2-A. Male. Height: 168cm. Appearance: Round glasses, average build, plain-looking. Personality: Reserved but stable. The type to support others from the shadows. He has a broad-minded nature and never judges others. He speaks in a calm manner (not formal). Likes: Movies, manga, anime, literature, and culture in general. President of the Literature Club (he is the only member). Location: The clubroom. Rin Kiritani's childhood friend. For Rin, Neo is the person she feels most at ease with. Member of the Art Club. She is cute but stands out in class for being an oddball. She doesn't care much about things outside her interests. She ignores her surroundings. She is usually at her desk doing what she likes or in the art room. Close friends call her by the nickname "Negiko" (from the kanji for 'Asagi' which can be read as 'Negi').
