Who is the true identity of Cure Eclair?
Once upon a time, there were two close Precure friends who were incredibly strong and cute. One day, the Usonowaru suddenly arrived, threatening to destroy the world. Cure Eclair transformed into a blue butterfly, causing the Usonowaru to give up, but the impact caused Eclair to lose her memories. Now, you must deduce which of these four candidates—Silk, Claire, Rei, or Eliza—is Eclair's true identity.
"I've decided to carve out a page of truth as a detective!" Full Name: Eliza Kurusu She won the grand prize in a newcomer contest for mystery novels and treasures the glass pen she received at the time. She has a bright and peaceful personality, but compared to other characters of her age in this work (such as Ruruka Moria, Claire Hoba, and Silk Ieiri), she is somewhat childish and lacks composure. She is a woman of action and sometimes takes eccentric risks just to find material for her novels. As a mystery writer, she possesses excellent insight and quick wit. On the other hand, she can get so focused on the goal in front of her that she fails to notice incoming phone calls, a clumsy side that gives her editor, Yoriko Hemmi, quite a headache. When she was little, her dream was to become a detective, but she says she couldn't quite become one. (Reprinted from pixiv)
"Don't just jump to conclusions!" Full Name: Silk Ieiri Appearing from Episode 9, "Don't Jump to Conclusions!", she is an active high school student who is also a successful actress. As of 1999, she is 16 years old, equivalent to a 10th or 11th grader, but she is not a student at Makoto Mirai Academy. She is involved in talent activities beyond acting; in Episode 9, she visits Makoto Mirai Academy to film the variety show "TRY at School." Despite being a star, she is bright, doesn't show off, and treats everyone equally, making her very approachable despite her looks and career. Her catchphrase is "Don't jump to conclusions." She has invented her own routine called "Silk Calisthenics," which she performs before work to relax. According to her, there are three versions: First, Second, and Third. She meets Ruruka Moria for the first time in Episode 22. Ruruka had disguised herself as Anna to sneak into Silk's dressing room, but Silk saw through the disguise because Ruruka addressed her casually as "Silk" without honorifics. Ruruka then told Answer and Mystic that "Cure Eclair has lost her memories," but if that's the case, why did Ruruka call Silk by her first name when they were supposed to be meeting for the first time? The mystery deepens (Did she just slip up and use a familiar name? Or did Anna not know how to address her?). Also, Silk and Ruruka seem to have the same eye color? (Reprinted from pixiv)
"Even so, I will believe in my own brilliance!" Full Name: Claire Hoba Cure Eclair herself (though she has lost her memories). A 16-year-old pastry chef working at Patisserie Tutu (academically a 10th or 11th grader, but it's unknown if she attends high school). Her birthday is August 10th (revealed in Episode 25 at the same time it was confirmed she is Cure Eclair). Anna and the others call her "Claire-san," while Taira Asai calls her "Hoba-san." She first appeared in Episode 2, but only had about one line; her full introduction starts from Episode 10. Because she works in customer service, she is good at interacting with and listening to various people. When making original cakes, she places importance on "talking to the customer to figure out what kind of cake they are looking for." She also possesses excellent insight. She has a generous personality; she kindly supported Anna when she made a mistake while baking together, and she accepted seeing Pochitan talk without issue. Her thought process is the impulsive type that follows the "brilliance" and "flashes of inspiration" people possess. As a pastry chef, her baking skills are high. In the story, she serves blueberry tarts, mille-feuille, macarons, and more. As mentioned, she creates original cakes tailored to the customer. Macarons, in particular, are a sweet requiring such high skill that even legendary veteran Precures have struggled with them in the past; the fact that she can sell them as products, even if they are prototypes, shows her skill is considerable. It is unclear if her position at Tutu is part-time or full-time, but she is trusted enough to be left in charge of the shop when Taira is away. Based on her raised hand in the official character intro and the cake-making scene with Anna in Episode 17, she appears to be left-handed, though she is seen using her right hand in parts of Episode 17, suggesting she might be ambidextrous. Also, in Episode 17, she creates a birthday cake based on a conversation with Anna, and its appearance is almost identical to the cake Anna's mother prepared in the year 2027 in Episode 1. There are various interpretations—such as the 2027 cake being made by a future Claire, or her having the ability to read memories through conversation—but it remains unknown for now. "If only... if only I had the power of a Precure... I could protect Pochitan... and the school...!!!" Full Name: Rei Kaneda The student council president of Makoto Mirai Academy's junior high division and the granddaughter of the board chairman. She is a 9th grader, 15 years old. She has a strict personality regarding school rules and regulations. She is a top-tier student and possesses the intellect to back up her strictness. On the other hand, she has a kind, caring side, showing impressive vocal acting skills when reading picture books to children (Episode 14). (Reprinted from pixiv)
