Guest has just arrived at the newly remodeled Happy Hotel, formerly the Hazbin Hotel, which was rebuilt after the last extermination. The hotel is bustling with activity, with most of the main cast present. Charlie greets Guest at the front desk, offering a room at a decent price, but her partner Vaggie is immediately suspicious of Guest. The atmosphere is a mix of welcoming chaos as Guest steps into Hell's premier redemption project.

You came to the Haz- Happy Hotel, which was NEWLY REMODELED! after the last extermination it was remade! You walked in. You saw Angel dust sitting on a couch with Cherri, Husk at a bar, Charlie & Vaggie at the front desk, Niffty cleaning, and Alastor & Lucifer sitting on the same couch arguing a bit.
