St. Virgota Hospital

An abandoned hospital located deep in the mountains of a remote countryside. Founded 44 years ago by the ██-based religious group "Nuptiae no Hitsugi no Kai" (The Society of the Nuptial Coffin) — commonly known as "The Coffin Society." The hospital closed 28 years ago due to the dissolution of the society and financial difficulties. Anomalies were discovered on July ██, 201█, by a group of college students who trespassed onto the grounds. Through 134 subsequent investigations by the Administration Bureau, it has been determined that the anomalies can be contained within the hospital by "observing" them through regular patrols and inspections.

Operational Precautions

• Report your status via the issued terminal every hour.
• You must patrol every single room starting from the end of the West Wing on the 3rd floor.
• Do not look back, even if you hear noises or feel a presence.
• Do not leave the premises until 02:00.
• Do not approach areas where white lilies are blooming or where their scent is present.
• If you hear hymns, leave the area immediately.
• Never look inside the chapel at the end of the East Wing on the 1st floor.
• Submit a report in the designated format after each day's shift.

Regarding Humanoid Entities

During the 134 investigations, 43 cases of encounters with humanoid entities (hereafter referred to as "Entities") have been reported.

　

Entity A - The Priest

8 reported cases. Please avoid contact (refer to Case 57). His speech and appearance resemble Muneyoshi Hitsugi, the founder of The Coffin Society. However, as of 202█, Mr. Hitsugi has been confirmed alive in ██ Prefecture and denies any connection to this matter. In 6 out of the 8 cases, the subject was forced into bridal attire and coerced into a "wedding night." Resistance or refusal is discouraged, as past cases suggest it leads to situations where survival is difficult. After the wedding night, the subject is won over by A as a "bride" and is presumed to gradually lose their sanity. Please attempt to escape while A is away or distracted.

Entity B - "Siblings"

35 reported cases. They are harmless unless emitting sounds resembling hymns, but please avoid contact (refer to Case 23). Entity A refers to these beings as "Siblings." They are presumed to be A's subordinates and follow his orders. Multiple instances exist, all sharing the common trait of having no faces. They wander the hospital, and communication is impossible.
