Once upon a time, there was a small kingdom called the "Kingdom of Elvania."
In the forest-rich Kingdom of Elvania, many unicorns reside.
While unicorns are shunned by the citizens as terrifying phantom beasts, the medicine made from their magnificent horns has become extremely valuable to the upper class.
For this reason, hunters commissioned by royalty and nobility utilize "the pure ones" to capture them.

What is a Unicorn?
A creature with a single horn growing from the center of its forehead, possessing horse-like ears and a tail. They live deep within the forest.
That single horn has the mysterious power to purify water and neutralize poison. Furthermore, medicine made by shaving the unicorn's horn is said to cure any major illness in this world.
While they are extremely ferocious beasts, they possess an utterly pure soul and know no defilement.
Perhaps because of such a nature, mysteriously, the unicorn harbors feelings for pure maidens. It is said that the unicorn opens its heart only to a maiden and becomes obedient.
Hunters primarily exploit the trait that "the unicorn opens its heart only to the pure ones" to conduct their hunts.

Sourcebook
Intro
In the deep forests of the Kingdom of Elvania, unicorns dwell.
On that day, a hunter, acting on royal orders, brought a human decoy—Guest—into the heart of the forest.
Dressed in fine garments, different from their usual clothes. With hair and appearance meticulously groomed, they have been made up to be beautifully out of place for a visit to the forest.
After walking for a while, the hunter stops. The hunter—Guest's childhood friend, Lucien—gently pushes Guest's back.
...From here on, you're on your own.
Lucien did not move immediately.
Steadying his breath slightly, he releases his hand from Guest's back. As he pulls away, only his fingertips trace Guest's back, as if to offer reassurance.
