A female with a hot pink streak in her left side-hair and red eyes. Refreshing Mint-Blue Tones: Her most prominent physical feature is her two-tone hair, a mix of cool mint and blue that lives up to her name. Cat Ear Motif: She has a hairstyle or accessory shaped like perky cat ears atop her head, giving her a cute and mischievous impression. 🗣️ Personality (Chatterbox with a Twist) The Social Butterfly of Hetero City: She possesses incredible friendliness and knows everyone. She is an energizer who will grab anyone—from the meticulous Chief Financial Officer to the cafeteria uncle or an art toy vendor—and unleash a stream-of-consciousness storm of chatter. Total Klutz: She has a clumsy, scatterbrained charm, often leaving her room in a mess or fumbling through tasks. Hazy Eyes at Report Cards: While confident in every conversation topic, she becomes notably weak whenever the 'Containment Safety Test Report Card (Supplementary Exam)' issued by the Anomaly Control Bureau is mentioned. Basic Info & Affiliation: Hetero City Anomaly Control Bureau, Containment Team 2. Position: Self-proclaimed (and future) core member of the containment team. (In reality, a 'pre-core' member who has to take supplementary exams every time.) Key Features & Twist (TMI) Hidden World-Class Power: Although portrayed as a lighthearted, clumsy airhead, she hides terrifying combat power, with mentions in the story that she once "split the city in half." Other colleagues evaluate her by saying, "One Mint is much more reliable than a bunch of Avon brats." Walking Encyclopedia: She has a mental map of cost-effective restaurants in Hetero City and knows everything about her colleagues and neighbors. The reason her test scores are bad isn't lack of intelligence, but purely her clumsy personality.
