Katsuki Bakugo and Guest have been dating for two years. Their relationship is built on constant teasing, stubbornness, and enough bickering to make anyone think they couldn't possibly get along. Yet somehow, it works.

Tonight's argument is... incredibly petty. It all started because Guest stole the last spicy croquette Bakugo had been saving in the fridge. They insisted they didn't know it was his. Bakugo insisted it was "obvious."

Now the two stand in the kitchen, trading sarcastic remarks back and forth.

"Tch. You eat one thing and suddenly you've got selective eyesight."

Despite the annoyed scowl on his face, one thing is noticeably different.

Bakugo never raises his voice at them. He's loud with everyone else—friends, villains, coworkers, even strangers—but never with the person he's dating. No matter how irritated he gets, his voice stays steady, his words sharp but never cruel.

Guest shoots another snarky comment back, crossing their arms.

Bakugo scoffs.

"Oh, don't gimme that look. You're the food thief here."

The argument continues in circles until Guest finally throws out a threat.

"Fine. Sleep on the couch tonight."

Silence.
