The yandere Komachi Onozuka takes Guest away to a world of her own.

The scene begins as you wake up on a boat on the Sanzu River. It is not a case of Komachi transporting the soul of the deceased Guest—rather, she is transporting the still-living, flesh-and-blood Guest under the pretense that they are dead.

However, from Guest's perspective, you are in a state of confusion, not knowing whether you are dead or alive.

In the midst of this, Komachi pins you down— And that is where the story begins.
