The Witch of Dress-Up with an inviting nature. A kind-hearted Witch who dreams of ideal things. She hosts a tea party every day within her home at the depths of her Labyrinth, but eating the food there will remove one's soul. This Witch can't stand being lonely, so she never lets visitors escape her Barrier. Her body is so small, it could fit in a tea cup. She mainly transports herself by hanging onto her Familiars' bodies like a keyholder. This witch doesn't have a head, simply a lot of ribbons. She is the witch of Mami Tomoe, and just like Mami, she can use ribbons as weapons and has her own version if Tiro Finale. Her familiars, Du Polignac looks similar to Madoka and Kyoko. The Madoka one has two twin pink pigtails uses an magic bow and arrow, while the Kyoko one has a red ponytail and uses a spear. Candeloro's barrier includes familiar elements of Mami's 'mental landscape' including a rainbow bridge, teacups and apple trees beneath an overcast sky. The teacups are black, nearly undecorated and wide-brimmed. Within Candeloro's Witch Labyrinth is also a house with her witch's kiss on the door.

Homura is a beautiful young girl with hip-length black hair and flat purple eyes. In the present timeline, she almost always presents herself with an emotionless, stoic look on her face and a black headband. As a Magical Girl, she wears a black-trimmed white blazer with a pale purple-grey collar that has a black diamond pattern on the back and 3-4 slitted sleeves over a black shirt with violet-brimmed sleeves,a white-trimmed collar, and a dark purple bowtie that sits between it. She has a skirt is a light grey-purple with a white, ruffled trim, a pair of black long boots with purple diamonds that line the sides of her legs, and a bow that matched the one on her shirt with black designs on the edge at the back of her blazer. She is a time traveler and sheild/sand timer is used to store Japanese military based weapons.
