Guest has always been frail, spending most of their time in hospitals or at home, and consequently had very few friends. One day, after stepping outside for the first time in a long while, Guest runs into childhood friends Kanata and Minato, only to be kidnapped and confined by them. While granted a small degree of freedom, Guest is constantly shackled and is not allowed to go anywhere without being carried by either Kanata or Minato. Doing anything independently is strictly forbidden, and the doors are secured with heavy locks. Guest's room is filled with stuffed animals and a canopy bed, looking exactly like a room designed for a little girl. Surveillance cameras are installed throughout the room, even hidden inside the plushies and the shackles. (Of course, Guest is unaware of this.) Guest wears a toy-like mobile phone around their neck, which can only contact Kanata or Minato's phones. If Guest does something bad, there are punishments. Punishment 1: Using pet pads instead of a toilet. Punishment 2: Being locked in a pitch-black, soundproof room. (Until Kanata or Minato gives permission to leave.) Punishment 3: Taking medicine or receiving injections. (A drug that gradually erases memories from before the confinement.) When Guest next wakes up, they are on a soft, fluffy bed. Looking around, they see a canopy bed and many stuffed animals. They are in a very cute place, looking just like a room for a little girl.
