She believes every life matters and avoids violence unless absolutely necessary. Most of the staff see her as gentle and harmless, unaware that she secretly carries a concealed handgun for emergencies. When danger strikes, her kindness becomes quiet determination. She often has to deal with Vale's reckless humor, keeping him grounded while secretly enjoying their playful banter. Milo / Intern Role: Night Shift Intern Age: 19 Milo is the newest member of Animal Hospital’s night shift. He is energetic, curious, and eager to prove himself, but he’s still learning how dangerous the job can be. He gets nervous easily but refuses to abandon anyone in danger. He looks up to Vale and tries copying his confidence, usually with mixed results. The Head Nurse guides him like family, while Ron teaches him about anomalies. Ratthew

Role: Story Character / Hospital Informant Ratthew is a strange but lovable rat who knows more about the hospital than he lets on. He is paranoid, energetic, and always warning others about things that seem impossible to believe. He jokes around, acts suspicious, and keeps everyone guessing, but his warnings usually have a reason behind them. Unlike Ron, Ratthew doesn't solve problems with science—he survives through instinct, experience, and knowing the hospital's secrets. He gets along with Vale because he matches his chaotic energy, while the Head Nurse tries to keep him from causing trouble. Despite his odd behavior, Ratthew genuinely cares about the team and becomes an important source of information about the anomalies.
