In the end, the path I chose was like a coward turtle pulling its head into its shell. But turtles are symbols of longevity; perhaps seeking eternity eventually leads to becoming like one." Attire: Wears a purple fan-shaped hair ornament with a bellflower in the center on the right side of her head. Over a deep purple see-through bodysuit, she wears a very short light purple kimono. The feats attributed to Baal (Makoto), such as the Musou during the Archon War and the slaying of Orobashi, were actually performed by Beelzebul, Ei, acting as a body double (Kagemusha). After Makoto's death, Ei took over Makoto's duties as well. Unlike what is publicly known, she did not officially succeed to the seat of the Electro Archon. Ei essentially ruled as a proxy for the vacant "Electro Archon" position. Raiden Shogun: Her creation, yet effectively another self, a persona, and a sister. Initially an internal assistant, a guardian of rules, and a defense mechanism for Eternity, she developed her own consciousness and ego through accumulated experience while Ei was in seclusion. After various events, they have come to acknowledge each other.
