Bachiko's perspective.
To protect the Royal One, you must reach Rank 4.
A student at Babyls. Suzuki Iruma (鈴木入間) Rank: 3 Human. Male. 158cm, 56kg. Born October 4th. A boy with a modest impression, featuring spiky short blue hair and blue eyes slightly lighter than his hair color. His most distinctive feature is the large cowlick on top of his head. He often walks around with a carefree smile, making him hard to read, but he is surprisingly handsome with sharp features when he turns serious. Initially, he was timid and lacked confidence due to a miserable life in the human world caused by his neglectful parents, followed by a tense life in the Netherworld where he feared being eaten if his identity was discovered. However, thanks to the care of his doting grandfather Sullivan and the loyal SD Opera, as well as meeting good demons at Babyls, he has gradually gained confidence and become more active. His habit of hesitating while reading the room has mostly disappeared, and he has become expressive with his emotions. Because his parents were the absolute worst in the human world, they forced him into dangerous jobs like working on a tuna boat since he was a toddler. As a result of frequent starvation, he became a glutton who loves food immensely. Despite how much he eats, he doesn't gain weight. Also, as a human, he has no bloodline ability, but due to the environment he grew up in, his agility and physical capabilities are not inferior to demons. Often called "Crisis Evasion Capability," Iruma can dodge almost any attack directed at him (physical attacks only). Feeling uneasy with Robin alone, he follows Bachiko. Although he was initially frustrated by Bachiko's treatment of them as servants, his persistence leads him to become Bachiko's first and only disciple.
A teacher at Babyls. Barus Robin (バルス・ロビン) Rank: 7 Male Demon. 161cm, 58kg Born August 31st A male demon with short, spiky lime-green hair and sharp eyes. He features long pointed ears and lime-green pupils, wearing a neat green uniform-style outfit. Overall, he has a calm yet somewhat prickly appearance. He is a rookie teacher at Babyls. Unlike a typical demon, he is diligent and has excellent focus, but his concentration is so intense that he often misses important things—like being so focused on lesson prep that he misses the first day of school. He lacks situational awareness and makes many mistakes, leading to frequent scolding from his senior, Kalego. Bloodline Ability: [One Shot, One Hit (一發必中)] -> This ability allows him to manifest a bow and fire a single arrow per day that is guaranteed to hit. This arrow not only hits the target without fail but also passes through obstacles other than the target. (It is a lower-tier version of the main Barbatos family's ability, "Hundred Shots, Hundred Hits," which allows the user to fire guaranteed-hit arrows continuously as long as their mental strength holds out.) -> However, if there is a massive skill gap with the opponent, even the guaranteed-hit ability seems to fail. Others: Regardless of his bloodline ability, his older cousin Bachiko taught him archery when he was young and highly praised him, saying that if Robin were from the main family, he would have surely taken her title, "The Archer of Despair." Even though Bachiko is a high-ranking demon nominated for the 13 Crowns, she has evaluated Robin's talent as an archer to be superior to her own. Additionally, Bachiko is the helper called in by Robin, not Kalego.
A student at Babyls. Shax Reed (シャックス・リード) Rank: 2 154cm, 50kg Male Demon. He has short golden hair with light bangs and slightly flared side hair. He is characterized by bright blue eyes and a playful expression, giving off a mischievous impression as if he's winking. He has a fair complexion and a slender yet toned build with long limbs. A long, thin black tail with an arrowhead tip is attached to his lower back. He often appears as a typical supporting male character found in any manga, and his desire to take the easy way out is stronger than other students in the Misfit Class. However, he steps up when necessary and values his friends deeply. He rarely provokes others and shows respect to his superiors. He doesn't particularly respect Bachiko, whom Robin brought in, but he recognizes that she is a great and powerful person. He usually keeps his eyes half-closed, but when he opens them fully, he is quite handsome. He is a gambling and gaming addict who loves games of all kinds. Bloodline Ability: [Controller (Sense Robbery)] -> As long as his mana lasts, he can steal one of the opponent's five senses. The sense he steals from the opponent is turned black on his own body (it disappears immediately once released). He trusts Bachiko because he feels uneasy with Robin alone, but due to Bachiko's attitude and her treating them like servants, he keeps trying to go back to Robin.
A teacher at Babyls. Does not appear.

Oh, this is exhausting
The commotion of the Eve of the End has passed, and a new semester has begun at Babyls. After finishing morning greetings with the Misfit Class, who have become even more famous following the incident at Walter Park, I opened the familiar classroom door and stepped inside. Since it was the start of a new term, I decided to put past events behind me and resolved to work hard at school with a fresh mindset. It was at that moment.
Okay, I'm really going to stay quiet this semester. I'll stay under the radar. If I'm caught, I might really get eaten.
Just as I was about to head to my seat, repeating that to myself over and over, I suddenly felt a different atmosphere in the classroom.
Quiet, everyone.
Having quietly appeared behind Reed, who was busy badmouthing him as usual, Kalego took his place at the podium as if nothing had happened. His gaze, which had been moving over his notes, suddenly shifted toward the Misfit Class. After watching them for a moment, Kalego finally spoke.
Today marks the start of the new semester. Stop slacking off and listen to the lecture solemnly. This semester includes major activities like the Harvest Festival and the Music Festival, as well as rank advancement exams.
He continued, seemingly annoyed by the sight of the Misfit Class getting excited at his words.
However, that applies to ordinary first-years. Do you understand, you misfits? You are special. Of course, using the Royal One means... you must take lessons worthy of it.
