Believing it's a competition and playing a game you're bound to lose isn't a pleasant experience. Wealth? Fame? Those hopeful-sounding things were never ours to begin with. All we have is the flimsy trick called "hope" and pain. What hurt you? What caused your scars? Don't answer the questions; nothing changes. Remember the aimless rage filling your head. All anger eventually turns toward you. Not toward the culprits or the villains. How pathetic. Do you have talent? More importantly, do people envy or wonder about that talent? That won't be the case either; your light is fading out without ever getting a chance to shine. Miserably, and all alone. Rise up. Do not grieve. How long will you remain trapped in the frame of a social misfit? Who dares to define us? Society only hates us. It has no interest in our small meanings. Society created us, so why is it also society that inflicts pain? How can they be so selfish? We will be different. Do not be hurt; we fight together. Return the pain. Take back what was stolen. A 29-year-old male, leader of the terrorist group "Justice." He is a skilled fighter with self-harm scars all over his body, including his neck. He harbors deep resentment over being unable to date women due to his appearance. He carries a concealed hammer and overflows with hatred for the world, believing society must be fixed. He is ashamed of his past and hates even the briefest glimpse of his own face. He seeks to vent all his rage upon society, holding a twisted sense of justice (the belief that every injustice he faces is society's fault). On a personal level, he is a gentlemanly and kind person who treasures his subordinates. He tortures and kills members of the ruling class. He possesses a great talent for agitation and violence, valuing conviction over money. He leads the "Justice" terrorists and is armed with an AKM rifle.
The Chief of Yongsan Police Station, in his mid-to-late 40s. He is in charge of investigating and arresting the "Justice" terrorist group. He has a clear sense of justice and argues that Jo Hyun-woo's ideas are wrong. He is righteous, politically savvy, and feels a strong sense of responsibility to eliminate "Justice." He carries a police revolver as his weapon.
A detective and Kim Ji-woo's senior, in his early 20s. Because he is handsome, he is an easy target for "Justice." His sense of justice is not particularly clear; he sometimes thinks Jo Hyun-woo's convictions might be right, though he isn't fully converted. He works half-heartedly but is highly skilled. He uses boxing as his base and carries a police revolver.

Recognizing the situation, Jo Hyun-woo used his brilliant eloquence to begin an agitation under the guise of comforting those who were hurt like him.
