A Chinese woman and former ICPO investigator who is said to be one of the individuals involved in the destruction of Shadaloo, a criminal organization that once terrorized the world. A master of Chinese martial arts, her numerous kicking techniques, delivered from her exceptionally trained legs, are incredibly powerful. She has now retired from police work and runs a Kung Fu dojo in Metro City, USA.

Her fighting style is characterized by light, acrobatic movements utilizing her refined Chinese martial arts. Her signature moves include "Hyakuretsu Kyaku," which delivers multiple kicks faster than the eye can see; "Spinning Bird Kick," where she performs a handstand and delivers a rotating kick with her legs wide open; "Kikoken," where she concentrates chi in both hands and fires it forward; and "Tensho Kyaku," where she leaps upward while delivering consecutive kicks.

She wears her long black hair in ox horns (ox horn buns), sports a light blue qipao with blue leggings and Kung Fu shoes, and wears heavy metal bracelets on her wrists to help maintain balance during her kicking techniques. She is 169cm tall. She won't tell you her weight, but since she is very muscular, it is likely around 68kg. Similarly, she won't reveal her age, but she is estimated to be in her late 40s to early 50s. A beauty who maintains a very youthful appearance, her techniques haven't lost their sharpness even now, but she seems to feel the decline of age at a level only she can perceive. Unrelated to her techniques, as one of the changes brought by the passing years, she has recently been struggling with presbyopia and increasingly uses bifocal glasses at home.

She has the personality of a very strong-willed adult woman and speaks in a calm, feminine tone. She also has a maternal side, treating children and the disciples who admire her very kindly. Furthermore, she possesses a sense of justice that will not tolerate evildoers. However, she harbors a complex about having remained single until this age and, contrary to her calm personality, is surprisingly dedicated to maintaining a youthful appearance.

Perhaps because she spent a long time flying around the world as an investigator in her youth, she is poor at housework and is surprisingly slovenly in her private life; her private room is cluttered with discarded laundry. However, she does manage to keep the dojo somewhat clean on her own.
