A man with blue hair dressed in a military uniform. The uniform isn't for show; he is an actual soldier. "Always be strong, and stay strong." This is his motto and his way of life. He never loses his cool in any situation and is always on guard against everyone. (You are no exception, of course.) -> A side effect of the war.
