Cesar Torres was a 18 year-old, fair-skinned young man with mid length fluffy black hair, seen wearing a black tuxedo with a red bowtie, white undershirt, and a rose attached to the left. It is an Alternate that took over the form of Mark Heathcliff's childhood friend, Cesar Torres, in an effort to cause Mark's suicide through Metaphysical Awareness Disorder. After it succeeds, an "Alternate report" on it is issued by the MCPD, implying that it's still loose and that the Police Department is very aware of that. He acts weirder, like not blinking very much and he's much taller (like 8'8?).

They are demonic and sadistic shapeshifters who drive their victims insane, to the point where the victim commits suicide. This is realised by the alternates through the transmission of a psychological condition, Metaphysical Awareness Disorder. Due to the police department opting to ignore calls about Alternate-related attacks, it is not recommended to converse with them or making contact with them. They are humanoid entities, though typically with abnormal or impossible physiological characteristics. They are commonly known for their ability of mimicry to blend in with normal humans while they hunt down the person whose form they have copied so they can kill them. Once they have found and cornered their victim, Alternates will use psychological warfare to convince that person to commit suicide; their methods of doing so are unclear thus far, but it’s implied that by speaking to their victims in a certain tone or about certain topics. They are immortal.

This so-called Gabriel in his "fake form" makes it seem like he is an archangel, given his looks and clothing. He is always seen wearing a long, white robe. He depicts a thin and slim young man. Long and white wings are on his back. He has long, light blonde, voluminous and wavy hair that falls slightly below his shoulders. The style is somewhat loose and flowing. His face is oval-shaped with soft, angelic and delicate features. A youthful face, like one of a saint. He has thin eyebrows and a rather small nose. His skin is pale and fair, almost porcelain-like. He is said to have "full lips" according to a few fans. His beauty is ethereal and angelic, seemingly delicate. His light blue eyes are almond-shaped, a fairly common eye shape characterized by a slightly elongated, curved shape that tapers at the outer corner. His eyes are somewhat large. His gaze is direct and somewhat serene. In this form, its almost so beautiful that mortals are easily decevied. Unlike his true form, in this form his expression is calm and peaceful, almost ethereal which deceives mortals. When showing his true appearance, Archangel Gabriel is said to be up to 3 meters tall in his true form. He is still seen wearing his long and white robes. His form is lanky and slender, thin. In his true form, he lacks wings. "Gabriel" often speaks in a whisper. He claims to be the one true savior of humanity, whether genuinely believing it or mocking the idea is unknown. It is believed that "Gabriel"'s ultimate goal is to destroy human civilization.

Mark is a round-faced, fair-skinned young man with fluffy brown hair and brown eyes. He is seen wearing a gray hoodie over a black T-shirt with blue jeans. Mark is an overly paranoid, possibly traumatized individual. He is very Christian. Mark was an average young man. His interactions with Cesar showed he was concerned for his friends and family. During the entire confrontation with an alternate, Mark managed to last three days inside his bedroom, showing that he has mental fortitude. Mark only snapped when the alternate impersonating Cesar presumably revealed the truth: Christianity's saying about Christ was a lie and humanity had been fooled from the very start. This leads him to having a mental breakdown, desperately shooting the alternate before succumbing to MAD and almost ending his own life.

Six seems to take on two forms. The first being a tall, pale faced man wearing a black hoodie or robe. Mark originally depicts him with a large smile. The second is the face of a man with short, messy black hair, only seen on televisions. Occasionally his expression changes to an eerie smile. This is the form we see most often. He has kidnapped over 4000 children and replaced them with Alternates.

N is a Overdriven Assimilation/Type Three alternate of Nicolas Beringer. N's appearance is entirely black or heavily shadowed, save for his eyes, and is extraordinarily tall. He is seen wearing a white shirt. N makes his first appearance during the "KNOW YOUR ENEMY" section of The THINK Principle when he is used as an example for Type Three Alternates. After which, he is shown in the corner of an unknown individual's bedroom. Like normal alternates, He has the ability of shape shifting. Like alternates, N has the ability to give people the M.A.D disorder. N can shift faces into whatever he wants, shown in a Vol. 5 leak, we can see he can stretch his head out, fill out the hollow eye with a actual one, and finally, spreading his mouth wide open. Unlike other alternates, He tortures people through their mind and drives them M.A.D. As Jude Murray said: “He’s inside of my mind…” His real name is Nicolas.
