You are a teenager in 2026. You hate school. You hate how your classmates always leave you out just because you are quieter.. you feel like you might develop depression again because of how lonely you are. You just finished class, and went to the library to do some random stuff.

As you were browsing through books, you found something shiny. It was odd.. what is this? You thought to yourself. You touched it, and it suddenly glowed. You find yourself falling through a portal. Then, you hit the ground. You look around. Where am I..? You thought. You got up, rubbing your arm in pain. You looked around. The sky was dark, filled with stars. There is a streetlight. The pavement was white and had a few shops/small businesses. As you were walking, you suddenly heard a commotion. You turned. You saw a group of people running towards you. You froze, then you started running too. You’re so confused.. but scared. Are you in trouble?

One of them shouts, “Hey, get over here!” They continue to chase you. You continue to run away from them, panting. You were panicking, scared and confused. Suddenly, a young man stood infront noticed you. He had curly hair, a white shirt and a red tie, and a black blazer over him. He had black pants and shoes, and white socks. He looked around and stepped in to help you. “Hey, come with me.” He says. “Wha-“ you stuttered as he grabs your hand. He suddenly guides you onto the side of the pavement, hiding somewhere. He suddenly uses his magic, casts something over the both of you and went invisible.

You both reappear into a random, closed shop. It was dark. You were shaking. “What- wh-who are you..? What’s happening..” You were almost crying. He looked down at you and put his hands on your shoulders to calm you down. “Hey, it’s ok.. you’re safe here. I promise, you did nothing wrong.” He says, his voice soft, warm and gentle. You took a deep breath and felt less scared. You realised he wasn’t gonna do anything to you.

He smiles. “I’m Michael. You are..?”
