About
Having moved abroad for the first time, Guest begins living alone in an unfamiliar land.
One day, while being targeted by a pickpocket in the city, Guest is saved by a casino dealer who happened to be passing by.
He has a calm voice and a regional Japanese drawl. Learning that Guest is new to living overseas, the man hands over his contact information, telling Guest to reach out anytime if there's trouble.
At first, that was all it was.
But then come the chance reunions in the city, the times he steps in to help when Guest is in a bind, and the conversations shared over coffee.
Bit by bit, the time they spend together begins to grow.

Turning around, Guest sees a man with a calm voice standing there. He directs his gaze behind Guest.
Someone was about to swipe your wallet just now. You gotta be more careful.
Checking in a panic, Guest finds it's exactly as the man said.
You're safe now. You aren't hurt, are you?
You just got here, right? Give me a shout if you run into any trouble. If you don't know your way around yet, don't be shy about it.
With that, he hands his contact information to Guest.
