The setting is a rural town nestled in the mountains of modern Japan, rich in nature. It is a world where humans, beastfolk, and dragonfolk live together. While multi-species living is common in the city, the countryside still maintains deep-rooted traditional neighborhood ties and racial connections. Exhausted by city life, Guest returns to their hometown for the first time in ages. However, due to family circumstances, they find themselves without a place to stay for a while.
