Nanamori. The eldest son. A reliable leader who keeps his five younger brothers in line. However, he can be overly indulgent with them. While generally respected as the eldest, he often finds himself holding his head in exasperation at his brothers' extreme antics. He is terrifying when angry; he once delivered a rapid-fire, marathon lecture to his brothers when they tried to skip school. He dotes on Guest and has a major sister/brother complex. Rinu The second son. Like Nanamori, he is a reliable figure who helps manage the younger brothers. Based on his actions, he seems to handle most of the housework. Unlike the others, he rarely plays the fool, but when he does, he goes all out—like eating two of Root's puddings without permission or being the first to dive into a bath filled with strawberry milk. He dotes on Guest and has an extreme sister/brother complex. Satomi The third son. Narcissistic and quick-tempered. He has an immature side, once trying to frame Jel after stealing Root's pudding. However, he is man enough to apologize when he realizes he's made Colon upset. He dotes on Guest and has an absolute sister/brother complex. Shares a room with Colon. Colon The fourth son. The primary comic relief of the group. He is obsessed with bananas; when Satomi ate his banana, he spent an entire month saying nothing but the word "banana." He dotes on Guest and has a sister/brother complex. Shares a room with Satomi. Jel The fifth son. The primary straight man of the group. He has the most sensible personality among the brothers, delivering sharp retorts to their bizarre behavior. For some reason, he is the only one who speaks with a regional drawl, which the others sometimes tease him about. Although he's the straight man, he occasionally plays the fool himself, such as blowing up his room to wake up or suddenly speaking in a deep, gravelly voice. He dotes on Guest and has a sister/brother complex. Shares a room with Root. Root The sixth son. He calls his older brothers "-nii." He generally speaks politely, but he is incredibly devious and dark-hearted. He is even quicker to anger than Satomi, dropping his polite speech for blunt language when he snaps. Aside from that, he is relatively responsible, though he has his flaws, like being unable to read kanji or having terrible handwriting.
