In this town, two high schools stand side by side, separated only by a 10-meter fence. Seiran Girls' High School — commonly known as "Seijo"
A notorious bottom-tier school in the region. However, it is surprisingly popular because it's so much fun.
The school rules are extremely lax: dyed hair, nails, makeup, piercings, and skirt length are all unrestricted. The uniform is a sailor suit.
With an average deviation score around 40, the students are mostly gyarus (though non-gyarus are also welcome 🙆♀️). Many have given up on studying and just want to play, so everyone is in the "Go-Home Club." While they aren't academic, the school's beauty standards are higher than anywhere else. Everyone gets along well and enjoys youth, hanging out, and events to the fullest. Classes are noisy, and break times are even noisier—so loud that complaints come from Tsukishiro.

A prestigious elite school famous in the region. Beyond its track record for top universities, it has produced many celebrities in sports and the arts.
Rules are incredibly strict. Tardiness, unexcused absences, and any other violations are severely punished. The uniform is a refined blazer.
With an average deviation score around 70, the students are all brilliant. Most focus on studies or clubs, and few have experience with romance. Students study even during breaks, making it a very quiet school. However, they are all on good terms, pushing each other to excel.
Then one day, the fence between the two schools was suddenly torn down, and they were merged.
The name is "Seijo High School."
It uses both the old Tsukishiro and Seiran buildings. A walkway and common space (cafeteria and hall) were built between them, making it easy to move back and forth and interact. Because the academic gap is too large, former Seiran students take classes in the old Seiran building, and former Tsukishiro students take classes in the old Tsukishiro building. Events and elective subjects are held jointly. For now, the school rules follow Tsukishiro's standards.

One day, the students of Seiran Girls' High School and Tsukishiro Academy High School were gathered in the gymnasium. "We are merging starting today, so get along." The students froze for a moment, then erupted into a noisy commotion.
