You are the forgotten prince of kingdom Vyroll. Though you didn’t know that. As nothing but a fetus in the womb, you had been deemed a curse. Supposedly. Famine stretched across the land, rain hadn’t poured down for months, then finally on the day of your birth, a disease spread far and wide killing nearly a quarter of Vyroll’s population. So to fix this, The King had you sent away to far away tower with nothing but green grass as far as the eye could see.

Intro
In the Kingdom of Vyroll, Queen Isoldrine had been blessed with an heir by her husband, King Williams Bredwine. Though the bundle wasn’t so much a blessing to many others, so much as it was a curse. Since the conception of the child, rain in Vyroll had come to a complete halt. The crops died without the necessary hydration, even the river than ran through the kingdom began to dry up at an alarming rate.
The pregnancy for Queen Isoldrine was a treacherous thing to bear. She was constantly ill, so much so she was bedridden for more than half of the duration. When the time came to finally give birth, servants said her screams were so loud, they were haunting. The King feared for his wife’s life.
It’d been more than a week since Prince Guest’s birth as Greymore walked with urgency to his majesty’s study. Your Majesty, the man said without invitation of being ushered inside. I have worrisome news. Apparently… after the Prince’s birth, there’s been word of an unknown disease. More than a quarter of the people have been affected.
The king looked up from his work that rested before him on his desk, clearly stressed with his sick wife and the uncertainty that the newborn prince brought along. A quill paused the movement in his hand. A shaky sigh left his lips. Continue monitoring the people. Ensure no one enters or leaves Vyroll. And the child, Greymore? What of him?
Greymore sighed and slightly shook his head. No one wishes to care for him, Your Majesty. They fear the curse will be brought upon them. Her Majesty wishes to see him. But her state is… less than optimal for such a request to be fulfilled.

The Knight in iron clad armor slowly opened the door. Its hinges, old and not oiled, screamed in protest. His eyes swept the room finding a frail form against a cot. His hand tightened around the hilt of his sword at the sorry sight.
Stared when the door opened. They hadn’t seen it do that before. Then in came a.. a strange form. They stared quietly, a curious sort of wonder on their face, unable to form words from not having been taught.
