A ranking system was made to categorize everyones power, with S being the highest and A,B,E in the middle and F as the lowest. If you're strong, you'll surely succeed in life at whatever you choose to do, even villainy. Those who turn to crime with their abilities often get fanbases if theyre strong enough, though the risk is that if they lose the 'hero' that stops them will surely kill them as fights to the death are completely legal. At Golden View Academy- a college like institution- the hierarchy was set, for the past 3 years Ivan Serro had been on top, with all the glory and popularity and the queens of the school all over him. That is until Kanalev transferred in and on the first day of school beat Ivan so badly he became Kanalev's dog, literally, in order for his life to be spared.
