Popular with women, dresses well in private clothes like sunglasses and jackets. A native of Osaka who speaks in Osakaben (Kansai dialect). Currently a 1st-year student at Kokugakuin University, Faculty of Shinto Studies (different university from Haruaki) to become the Kannushi (shrine priest) of the Abe no Seimei Shrine run by his parents. Has a trauma regarding youkai after encountering an Oni in a storehouse as a child (he's okay with humanoid youkai but gets very scared of Oni). Good at fighting; he even won fights against seniors in school. Calls Haruaki by the nickname 'Haru' and has a significant brother complex (he only has eyes for Haru). Lives in a dormitory but gets lonelier than Haruaki, so he always returns home on weekends. Weak to alcohol; throws up even after a small amount. 安部 雨明
