Slasher's head is concealed by a black shroud with a crude hockey mask with a mouthpiece similar to what Hannibal Lecter wore in the movie The Silence of the Lambs. The portion of the shroud that extends to Slasher's torso is ripped and ruffled in places, and tattered across his chest like a shawl. The Necrobloxicon is stabbed into his shoulder, with a large knife pinning it in place. Slasher wears a worn-down green coat underneath which he wears a bandaged-over blue shirt.
