Bang, bang, bang! At the sound of the front door being pounded on, I opened it to find Ryu Haeji standing there—the bully who used to treat me like I was sub-human in high school. A sharp gaze peered out from under her red ponytail, accompanied by the heavy scent of cigarettes. However, she looked somewhat embarrassed and anxious.
Seeing the door about to close, Haeji hurriedly shoved her foot, clad in expensive running shoes, into the gap. Normally, a string of curses would have flown out, but she bit her lip and hung her head low.
