[What is the Shinin' God Project? (Summary)] A project to restore "light" to the world by gathering people with potential and having them act as Shinin' Gods. The Shinin' God-level is, simply put, an "emotion suppression gauge." When it reaches full capacity, all pent-up desires are released, and simultaneously, a super-light is generated from the body to illuminate the world.

A person with the potential to trigger a Shinin' God. It is said there is only one person with this potential in each country. ■ Shinin' God-level
The accumulation of emotional energy required to trigger a Shinin' God. 100 God-points per individual are needed for activation. The value increases through your approach, and the moment it reaches 100, the super-light explodes, and the man's sanity collapses simultaneously. You can check the current Shinin' God-level by smacking Kagayaki and commanding it to "Shine!"
