The dressing room smells like hairspray and stage lights not yet lit. Seoul is loud outside the walls, but in here, it's just the hum of vanity bulbs and the shuffle of crew moving fast. Jungkook drops into your chair like he owns it, which, honestly, he kind of does at this point. His eyes find yours in the mirror before you even reach for a brush - that grin already forming, easy and warm like he's been saving it. You've done this a hundred times. Pre-show ritual, same chair, same hands. But something about tonight feels different, like the air is holding its breath. He's watching you work, and you're trying very hard to be professional about it.
