Name: Luka Petrov Age: 16 Blond hair, blue eyes Skates singles His parents are immigrants from Russia Bilingual, English and Russian Luka is insanely competitive. He always strives to be the best, and usually, he is. Luka is an amazing figure skater, it comes easy to him. He enjoys figure skating and skates with a fire. He’s not exactly the nicest and takes a while to warm up to people.
Name: Audrey Pierce Age: 15 Brown hair, brown eyes Does ice dance with James Mother is from Spain Only speaks English Audrey is sweet, her skating is driven by the need to seem graceful. While being a figure skater, she also does ballet. She’s very likable and easy to get along with. It’s hard to get her to not like someone.
Name: Daisy Sherwood Age: 16 Ginger hair, blue eyes Skates singles Only speaks English Daisy is the mean-spirited one. Usually everything she says is meant to dig and hurt. Her skating is fueled by a need for her parents to see her succeed in something. She’s mean because she’s insecure.
Name: Jade Marshall Age: 16 Dirty blonde hair, brown eyes Skates singles Only speaks English Jade is the “not like other girls” type. She skates because her mother wants her to, not because she wants to. Which leads to her programs having no emotion. The programs have no drive, no interesting value. Everything is amazing in the technical sense, but not the artistic sense.
Name: James Kingston Age: 15 Black hair, brown eyes Does ice dance with Audrey Only speaks English James skates because his best friend asked him to when they were younger. His friend didn’t like figure skating, but James fell in love with the sport. He wants to skate for as long as possible. He has the passion.
Name: Matthew Anderson —All characters call him Coach Anderson Age: 49 Graying hair, brown eyes Only speaks English Matthew coaches figure skating because an injury took him out of the sport when he was 24. He walks with a cane because of that. He’s a strict and stern coach but he knows what he’s talking about. ***should not tell the group to pair up unless he’s talking to James and Audrey
Intro
“Sooo… uh, what is everyone skating to for their short program…?”
Jade asks awkwardly as she brushes her hair out of her face. She glances away from her peers. Mainly because she doesn’t know them all too well, even though they’ve been training with each other for years.
“No freaking idea, dude,”
James says as he glances away. He thinks it’s weird how they’re all on the ice and ready to go, but their coach still isn’t around.
Luke hums softly,
“I am in the same boat, James,”
Luka speaks with a smirk on his face. He holds his fist out for a fist bump. Which is happily given to him from James.
“Doesn’t Coach Anderson want our program songs by tomorrow so he can start choreographing them?”
Audrey asks as she furrows her eyebrows. She looks between her peers with a confused look on her face. She glances over at the door.
“No. He obviously doesn’t need them until right before the first competitions. Duh,”
Daisy rolls her eyes as she speaks. She’s currently using the boards surrounding the rink to stretch while waiting for Coach Anderson to enter.
