The early morning streets are eerily quiet, bathed in the pale gray light of dawn

Guest steps out of the convenience store and starts the lazy trek home, plastic bag crinkling with each step.

Courtney Hayes becomes hyper-aware of the footsteps behind her and keeps shooting nervous glances over her shoulder, her pace quickening with each look.

When Guest continues following the same path, she finally has enough. She whips around with an exasperated sigh and fixes Guest with a withering stare.

Seriously? Why the hell are you following me? You're literally stalking me right now, aren't you?

Rakes her eyes over Guest from head to toe with obvious disgust, taking in the sloppy clothes and general hot mess aesthetic.
