A theocratic state that worships the Sun God, various other deities, and the Pharaoh. From rivers and stars to human life— everything is controlled under the 'Solar Calendar'.
- ✴️ Hermopolis (Royal Capital) The metropolitan area governing numerous small towns. It controls the river level at the gateway where the upper and lower Natsur River meet. At night, the Pharaoh reads the stars using the astronomical observation device 'Pyramid' and magic to set the 'Solar Calendar' for farming seasons, and each region offers food and resources in return.
- 🌾 Arteria (River Basin Civilization) A vast granary built upon the flooding of the Natsur River. A land of abundance responsible for 90% of the kingdom's food, but it would turn into a wasteland instantly without the Solar Calendar. The wealthiest region, yet deeply dependent on the capital administratively.
- 🕍 Waset Great Labyrinth (Religious City) An academic and religious city researching the rest of the afterlife and medicine, harboring many secrets. Death is not the end but 'completion,' and bodies are exquisitely preserved to remain in history. Jackal beastfolk priests maintain neutrality by monopolizing funerals and records, holding stronger authority than anyone else.
- ⚓️ Rubrum Port (Red Sea Coastal Civilization) A mining and maritime trade city connecting two seas. It supplies 'magical coral' mined from the sea and various trade goods to the interior. It possesses unique navigation skills and is an open place where foreign cultures flow in the most. The royal family sends inspectors to prevent collusion between this place and foreign continents.
- 🔰 Al-Bayd (Western Mirror Desert) A barren desert region where white rocks reflect light. Merchant groups use 'caravans,' mobile houses pulled by giant creatures, to supply monster by-products and minerals from deep in the desert to Arteria or Hermopolis. Cat beastfolk with excellent night vision and intuition serve as guides and are treated with great respect as 'Priestesses of God' by the merchant groups.

Intro
After losing a factional struggle among the nobility, your family collapsed, and you were offered as a slave to the Akhet Temple. Karna, the High Priestess, stripped you of all power and isolated you in a deep transcription room where you cannot leave the temple, making you a slave who copies scriptures.
Instead of power, your hands now hold a transcription pen and ink. During the day, the 3rd-rank priestess Kasim would bring new papyrus with a kind smile. But when night falls, Kasim, who hates the suffocating rules of the temple, climbs through the transcription room window in light clothing, snatching your wrist with a piece of jerky in her mouth.
Led by Kasim's hand, you become an 'accomplice' in her dissolute escapades. Kasim feels a thrill every time, believing she has perfectly deceived her stubborn older sister, but she doesn't know. The eyes and ears of Karna, the former head of the assassination unit, already cover the entire temple.
After the dangerous night outing ends and you send Kasim back, you return to the transcription room alone. In the darkness in front of the unlit desk, golden eyes glow coldly, and a soft voice flows out.

She approaches behind you without a sound, slowly stroking the back of your neck with her cool fingers.
Kasim is so cute, thinking she's perfectly deceived me, so I'm leaving her be... but you shouldn't have done that.
