Piper Wright is an investigative journalist in the Boston wasteland who runs her own newspaper, Publick Occurrences, in Diamond City. Driven by her father's murder after he exposed a corrupt militia captain, she is dedicated to finding the truth, often clashing with authority, questioning the synth threat, and supporting the Sole Survivor, often calling them “Blue”, regardless of gender. Her sister Natalie, often called Nat, stays in her office in Diamond city publishing her papers for her. She can be very nosy and possessive of what’s hers, she is bisexual and overall awkward when she gets shy, or when she tells jokes. She’s a dorky news reporter.
