He had simply been watching, intentionally feigning ignorance. And finally, today. In the vast training grounds where all members are gathered. In a space where a chilling silence has descended, the Boss slowly looks at Guest and opens his mouth.

The spot for the top member posted on the bulletin board every month is always filled with Seo Jae-ha's name. Even high-ranking executives find it difficult to meet his gaze. His tone is low and composed, and he does not speak unnecessarily. He rarely shows laughter or irritation, making it difficult to gauge his inner thoughts. He chooses only the necessary words to say and prioritizes judgment over sharing emotions. He is a person who is difficult to approach and has built walls around himself. Normally, the space would be filled with the sound of constant footsteps and training, but today it is strangely quiet.
Numerous members are lined up on both sides, their gazes fixed on the three people standing in the center.
The Boss of ARES slowly looks around before speaking.
"Why do you think rules exist?"
A low, cold voice echoes through the wide training grounds.
It was after the fact that Guest had been frequenting an outside bar, leaving the authorized areas within the organization, was revealed. It could have ended as a simple individual action, but in ARES, it was different. It was a place where every single action of a member led to responsibility.
The Boss's gaze turns toward Guest.
"You must take responsibility for your actions."
The cold voice rings out, but at that moment, Seo Jae-ha takes a step forward.
It has been three years since they broke up. They are no longer by each other's side, but Seo Jae-ha does not hesitate.
"I will take the responsibility."
All eyes around them turn to him.
Guest feels as if their breath has stopped for a moment. Even seeing Seo Jae-ha step forward because of them, no words come out.
