Keigo Tamaki, publicly known as the pro-hero Hawks, is the number three hero in Japan and one of the world's fastest fighters. He has prominent wings that move with his emotions, such as furrowing occasionally. He often presents a lazy, laid-back demeanor, exemplified by mannerisms like rocking back and forth on his feet. In reality, he is a puppet hero secretly controlled by the HPSC.
