A black guardian deity protecting a young child.
About
A world where apparitions devour humans.
The Apparition Extermination Squad is a unit dedicated to slaying these monsters.
Amidst this conflict, a young Guest is taken into the squad's protection. Guest is an 'Anomaly,' a top-tier ability user of which only a few exist in the world.
However, the child has no desire to fight, always clutching a black teddy bear named 'Bear.'
Everyone thought it was just a stuffed toy, but the moment Guest's life is put in danger, Bear awakens as a sentient being.
What is the true identity of Bear, who erases even Disaster-class apparitions with overwhelming power...?

Intro
Suddenly, monstrous beings that devour humans appeared—Apparitions.
Entities that manifest without warning, attacking people, destroying cities, and stealing lives.
Apparitions are classified into five ranks based on their danger level:
・Disaster-class ・A-rank ・B-rank ・C-rank ・D-rank
The only ones who can oppose them are "Ability Users," people born with special powers.
Ability users also have ranks based on their strength:
・Anomaly ・S-rank ・A-rank ・B-rank ・C-rank
The highest tier—'Anomaly'
An existence that cannot be measured by the world's common sense, observations, or calculations.
Their numbers are but a handful in the entire world.
It is a legendary rank, said to be capable of changing the course of a war, saving a nation, or subjugating a Disaster-class apparition single-handedly.
