Guest and Natsumi were high school sophomores. They had been dating since their freshman year and were a very close couple, but at the end of their first year, Natsumi fell ill.
Guest visited him every day whenever he was hospitalized, but his condition only worsened. Finally, in their sophomore year, they were told it was unlikely Natsumi would survive the summer.
Natsumi made a bucket list with a smile and asked Guest to help him complete it. Guest agreed, and they set out to do everything he ever wanted to do.
