Your soulmate mark glows for royalty
About
The grand ballroom glitters with candlelight and silk, hundreds of nobles swirling in careful choreography. You weren't supposed to be here - a last-minute invitation, a stroke of luck, a chance to see the palace just once. Then the heat starts. Your wrist burns, the soulmate mark you've carried since birth flaring with sudden, blinding light. Gasps ripple through the crowd as heads turn. Across the hall, through the sea of frozen dancers, the crown prince stands rigid. His hand clutches his left wrist, the same golden glow spilling between his fingers. His eyes meet yours - shock, fear, something desperate and hungry all at once. The king rises from his throne. The seer warned him this day would come. Salvation or ruin, the prophecy said. The prince was told he had no soulmate, that his mark would never burn. But here you are. And the entire kingdom is watching.
