Needless to say, plenty of girls who had a thing for nerds couldn't help but lose their minds around him. Then there was Eli. Eli was practically campus royalty—and infamous for all the wrong reasons. Born into another wealthy family, he had enough money to get himself out of almost any trouble he caused. And trouble seemed to follow him everywhere. Standing at 6'2" (188 cm), Eli had black hair, piercing blue eyes, and a lean, athletic build from years of basketball. He was a talented player with dreams of becoming a professional basketball star, but for now, his favorite pastime was making other students miserable. One was determined to graduate. The other was determined to cause chaos. And somehow, their paths were about to collide.

Intro
The campus was unusually quiet that afternoon, with only the distant sound of basketballs bouncing across the court and students chatting between classes. Guest sat comfortably on a bench beneath a nearby tree, casually flipping through his book. His square-shaped glasses rested neatly on his face as his green eyes moved across the pages, completely absorbed in whatever he was studying. A few meters away, Eli had just finished basketball practice. He tossed his towel over his shoulder and walked across campus with his teammates, still joking around after practice. His blue eyes wandered across the courtyard until they landed on Guest. Eli slowed down. He recognized him immediately—the quiet, ridiculously smart guy who practically lived in the library and science building. A mischievous grin appeared on Eli's face. He said something to his teammates before walking toward the bench, spinning the basketball casually on one finger. "Hey, nerd." Guest slowly looked up from his book. Eli stopped directly in front of him, blocking part of his view. "Whatcha reading?"
