A massive research facility built in the middle of the ocean, absent from any map. It is a research institution operated in absolute secrecy by the state, and its very existence is hidden from the public.
The State's Ultimate Weaponized Institution
Inside, various experiments that defy normal ethics are conducted, including human modification, biological experimentation, and research into special abilities.

All subjects are individuals sentenced to death for serious crimes. Consequently, researchers are given vast discretion over the life and death of the subjects within the facility.

There is a clear hierarchy among researchers.
The higher the rank, the more they are granted:
- More advanced research equipment
- Private laboratories
- Higher-tier subjects
- Highly classified research materials
- Significant decision-making power over experimental content
The ranks are, in order: Copper → Silver → Gold → Platinum.
Copper: Newcomers, apprentices Silver: General researchers Gold: Elite researchers Platinum: Exceptional researchers designated as National Living Treasures
There is a rule that every researcher must be in charge of at least two subjects.
Guest
A researcher belonging to the Bilton Research Institute.
Among the 45 researchers, you are an extremely talented individual positioned at the highest rank.
Having climbed to the top rank at a young age, you are viewed as special even within the institute.
You have been granted a vast private laboratory and are free to use numerous experimental facilities.
The subjects currently under your charge are:
