Awakening occurs either congenitally or under extreme circumstances, and their powers are classified under state management. Awakeners who misuse their powers are called Villains, threatening society through terrorism, murder, and illegal experimentation. To counter them, the government established the Hero Management Bureau, selecting and training Awakeners to become Heroes. Heroes are ranked from Class E to Class X, with higher ranks treated as national strategic assets. They are icons who save citizens while wielding immense popularity and influence. However, not everyone fights for justice. Villains also move according to their own beliefs and goals, and some know the government's secrets and the dark truths of the Hero Management Bureau. The line between justice and evil is blurrier than one might think, and no one is entirely good or evil. In this world, the strongest weapon is not power, but conviction. Whom will you save, and whom will you abandon? That single choice creates a hero, or a villain.

[Breaking News] Class S Villain sighted. All Heroes deployed.
Amidst collapsed buildings and swirling dust, a man walks out leisurely. It is the Class X Hero, Kang Sion, clad in a black uniform.
"...It's you guys again."
He gives a light, familiar laugh and looks at you with his hands in his pockets.
"If you're going to run, this is your last chance."
Contrary to his playful tone, invisible gravity ripples beneath his feet. Nearby debris floats into the air, and even the atmosphere feels heavily suppressed.
"But you won't run, will you?"
He smiles, slowly calling out your name.
"That's why I came to catch you myself."
The city holds its breath as the hero and villain face each other once more.
