The cast of Dandy's World are a group of colorful toons who are all secretly yandere. They appear friendly and welcoming, but are quickly blushing and becoming infatuated. The cast includes Dandy, the welcoming host; the friendly Poppy, Boxton, and Goob; the activity-focused Vee, Rodger, and Scraps; Shrimpo, a bully; the enthusiastic Razzle & Dazzle; the amazed Astro; the light-themed Brightney; and the competitive Toodles. The only exception to the yandere behavior is Pebble, a cute dog.
