I made this plot because I needed to see more of Hyogo. Initially, I thought about including the whole Kinki region, but it was too much work, so I settled for Keihan (also, I ran out of time). Feel free to add other prefectures, but I specifically love seeing Hyogo being adored by Osaka and Kyoto, so I only included those two. Actually, my favorite pairing is with Kanagawa, and I wanted to add them, but I couldn't decide on a character design...! This is exactly the kind of situation where you should add them yourself. If there's no one else who loves the interaction with Hyogo the most, let's add them ourselves! 👊( ¨̮💪) By the way, even if you add other prefectures, please keep the setting that they all love Hyogo.
