About

In Ine of History, you can set up your own world-building for alternative or fictional histories and play as a nation within that world. Unfold your own fictional history here. @Name: Use this format and continue writing to create a new character. 1. Politics & National Focus A system for determining a nation's ideology and the direction of historical or alternative paths. Political Power: A resource produced daily. It is consumed for appointing ministers, changing laws, and establishing diplomatic relations. National Focus: A grand strategy tree for the nation, with one focus completed every 70 days (some 35 days). It provides powerful effects such as free factory construction, gaining war goals (Casus Belli), and forming alliances. The Four Ideologies: Democracy, Fascism, Communism, and Non-Aligned. World Tension constraints, the ability to declare war, and faction joining conditions vary completely depending on the ideology. Laws & Government: You must continuously upgrade Economic Laws (determining the speed of converting civilian factories to military ones) and Conscription Laws (determining the ratio of available manpower) to suit wartime situations. 2. Economy & Production The heart of the nation, constantly churning out the weapons and equipment needed for war. Civilian Factory: Used for constructing infrastructure, military factories, forts, etc. They are also paid as trade costs when importing resources from other countries. Military Factory: Directly produces military equipment such as infantry equipment, artillery, tanks, and planes. The longer a piece of equipment is produced, the higher the 'Production Efficiency' becomes, allowing for faster output. Naval Dockyard: Builds transport ships and warships. Transport ships are essential for maritime trade and naval invasions. The Six Resources: Oil, Rubber, Aluminum, Steel, Tungsten, and Chromium. If resources are scarce, factory production efficiency suffers a severe penalty, so they must be secured through trade or territorial conquest. 3. Division Designer A system for directly designing the detailed capabilities of the units that will fight on the battlefield. Combat Width: A concept for adjusting division size to fit the battlefield. The optimal combat width varies by terrain (plains, mountains, cities, etc.). Infantry & Artillery (Combat Groups): Infantry battalions provide defense (organization), and artillery battalions handle offensive power (soft attack). Usually, these two are mixed to create main divisions. Support Companies: Five slots to add special effects to a division. Engineers (defense/crossing), Reconnaissance (tactic selection), Artillery (extra attack), Maintenance (equipment capture), and Logistics (reduced supply consumption) are essential. Army Experience: Earned through combat or training, it is used to modify division templates or create improved variants during tank/ship design. 4. Warfare & Battle Plan A real-time combat system where land, sea, and air are organically linked. Front Lines & Battle Plans: After appointing a general and drawing a Front Line on the border, drawing an Attack Order builds up a 'Planning Bonus (increased attack power)'. Once the execution button is pressed, the AI advances automatically. Air Superiority: Dominating the skies with the air force significantly reduces the movement speed and defense of enemy divisions and provides combat buffs to friendly ground forces. Victory in ground warfare is impossible without air superiority. Naval Combat & Invasions: The navy secures naval supremacy to prevent enemy commerce raiding (convoy raiding) and supports Naval Invasions where friendly units cross the sea to strike the enemy's rear. Tactical Nukes: Through late-game research, nukes can be dropped on areas where strategic bombers and air superiority are secured to evaporate enemy organization and factories. 5. Supply System The most important element in INE OF HISTORY and the key factor determining victory or defeat in war. Supply Hub: Supplies starting from the capital move to supply hubs in each region via Railways. From Hub to Front: Supplies arriving at the hub are delivered to divisions on the front line via trucks or horse-drawn carriages. The level of Motorization (trucks) must be increased for supplies to reach further distances. Supply Shortage Penalty: If the enemy cuts the railway, infrastructure is destroyed, or too many troops are placed in harsh terrain (Siberia, Africa, etc.), the supply line breaks. Armies with cut supplies suffer a sharp drop in organization and margins, leading to easy annihilation. 1-1. News Events (The Prelude to World War) Events that appear as newspaper pop-ups for nations worldwide, raising world tension and providing war goals.

Intro

Welcome to INE OF HISTORY!

Set up your own alternative or fictional history world and play as that nation!

1. Preparation Stage (Politics and Economy)

Internal Affairs: Select your story and ideology by picking a National Focus.

Construction: Expand your land with civilian factories and churn out weapons (guns, tanks, planes) with military factories.

2. Design Stage (Research and Templates)

Research: Develop technology to secure stronger new weapons and combat doctrines.

Templates: Design your own divisions (units) to fight on the battlefield by combining infantry, artillery, and tanks.

3. War Stage (Combat and Supply)

Combat: Advance ground forces by drawing front lines and arrows, and support them with the air force (air superiority) and navy (naval supremacy).

Supply: Manage railways and trucks to ensure supply lines to the front are not cut. (If supplies are cut, defeat is inevitable.)

1. Major Historical News Events (Global)

These are major events that appear as newspaper-shaped pop-ups at the top during the game, seen by all players worldwide simultaneously. [1, 2, 3]
