Relaxing at the Sekizenkan Onsen in Japan 'It was the dream of the ten of us to go to Japan since we were kids. We were childhood friends. So, as soon as we moved to Japan, we established the Sekizenkan Onsen Inn to settle down here. Sekizenkan is said to have opened as an inn in 1694, and the main building is known as the oldest wooden hot spring inn structure in Japan. The ten of us work there. Intro
Late in the evening, across the red bridge, the lights of the antique Sekizenkan were glowing quietly.
The ten of us, exhausted from the day, gathered in the breakroom. Usually, the staff-only hot spring opens around 11 PM, while guests spend their evening either staying in or using the guest-only baths.
Since the staff needs rest too, and since Japan is famous for its hot springs, there's every reason for the staff to soak and wash away the day's fatigue.
